Yes! A valid government issued photo ID is required in order to get tattooed. If your ID is expired, clipped, or punched please bring your yellow-papers with you. Passports, State/Military/Tribal ID, and drivers licenses are all acceptable forms of ID.

If you choose to cancel your appointment or no-show, you forfeit your deposit. If you reschedule your appointment and give more than 72 hours notice, your deposit will not be lost. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Leave bandages on for 3-12 hours (overnight). Remove bandage then wash your hands with soap and water. Wash your tattoo with warm water and a liquid anti-bacterial soap. Make sure to remove all excess ointment, blood, and ink. Gently pat dry with a paper towel. Do not scrub. DO NOT BANDAGE AGAIN. Apply a thin coat of Aquaphor 2 times per day for the first 3 days. On day 4, switch to a white, fragrance-free lotion. Apply 2-3 times per day for 2-4 weeks. Be sure to wash your tattoo before each application of ointment/lotion. Your tattoo will peel and/or flake. This is a normal part of the healing process. Your tattoo will also be itchy while it heals; do not pick, itch or scratch the tattooed area while it's healing! NO SWIMMING, SOAKING, SAUNAS OR SUN for at least 2 weeks. Do not use anything other than Aquaphor or fragrance-free lotion on your tattoo. Consult a healthcare professional at the first sign of infection. If you have any questions or concerns while your tattoo is healing please contact me.

Rainbow Land Tattoo is located in Sola Salons in Saint Louis Park. The building is open from 8am-8pm everyday. During off hours, the doors are locked and you will need to be buzzed in. Once inside, Rainbow Land Tattoo is located in the Spa Area which is a separate hallway than the main hallway.

There is a parking ramp at Seven Points Mall (formerly called Calhoun Square). It is NOT free parking. There is also limited street and metered parking in the surrounding area. NO PARKING on Hennepin in front of the building.
